- Licence reviews, renewals, compliance and audits
Our unrivalled experience of the IBM Cognos licencing minefield means we are best placed to help you identify savings opportunities and any potential compliance issues, while giving you the best price possible.
- Contract management
For example, creation of Statement of Work and Framework Agreements.
- Roadmap and Strategy sessions
Working with you to gather high level business requirements and understand business process cycles; identifying clear targets, critical success factors and upcoming external threats (e.g. new Regulatory mandates); and provide a phase-driven plan
Provision of a set of deliverables and goals to ensure success of our engagement with you.
