IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 Consultants

Salary: £55K-£80K + Pension + Healthcare + Full Expenses Package
Location: UK with occasional travel in Europe may be required.

You will have a minimum of three years’ experience working with Planning Analytics/TM1, ideally from a consulting background. You will have strong functional and technical skills as well as proven experience with an excellent understanding of accounting fundamentals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a good listener who can present to every level of the organisation (including CXOs) and you enjoy working collaboratively on large projects, whilst being motivated and proactive to work independently onsite with customers.

Business Development Roles

Sempre Analytics are looking for a number of professional, dynamic and hungry individuals to complement the sales team. Reporting into the Sales Director, the role is office based in Richmond, London, focusing on generating and building valuable new relationships with blue chip clients.

The role involves working with our Marketing and Sales Operations team as well as our Senior Sales team and our Consultants to identify business challenges and drive value and insight into new prospects and existing customers. This will involve campaign creation, lead generation, relationship management, and deal support.

With the unique product set and services skill that Sempre Analytics have, the successful candidates must have astute business acumen, ideally with industry focus. They must have an understanding of the solutions we deliver and be comfortable with new technologies. They will be able to think on their feet and be quick learners in a fast changing environment. They will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a proven track record of sales excellence and a high degree of outstanding customer service.

Sales Operations Co-ordinator Role

Salary: £competitive plus OTE. + Pension + Healthcare + Full Expenses Package

As a Sales Operations Co-ordinator you will manage the daily sales function with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail. Reporting to the Sales Director the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce (SFDC) whilst also being proactive in managing outstanding tasks and activities with the sales team as part of the sales process.

Key tasks are; managing quotes, contract creation and distribution, creating, running and maintaining a key set of sales and marketing reports. The Sales Operation Co-ordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns via Salesforce database and Pardot in order to produce accurate reports. Other key responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships, managing Vendor Incentive Programs and supporting renewals coordinator.

The ideal candidate must have the following attributes/skills:

  • Salesforce Experience minimum 6 months. Ideally 1 year + with Administrator or above certified.
  • Business Management degree preferable
  • Good understanding of contractual terms and legalese.
  • Real attention to detail (accuracy is absolutely key) and ability to articulate clearly
  • Understanding of how to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work under pressure and support a busy sales team
  • Reliability, dependability and trustworthy-ness
  • IT Literate and advanced Excel skills
  • B2B experience
  • Previous experience of complex pricing models a plus
  • Interest in technology industry
